Exercise:
Progress Exercise Bit with Jenny on the Wii (I'm back to a C+)
Hip Hop Dance Party (30 mins and stretches)
Jog one mile
Walk Daisy something less than one mile because one big dog owner let his dog run free in his front yard which is on my route which I then had to change.
Jody Watley (30 min and abs and stretches)
Exercise Chair
10 minutes (just learning) on the new 10 minute exercise DVD

Food:
Coffee
Poached egg on toast
(At Mike's with Barbara)
Halibut and sauce
Mashed cauliflower
Asparagus
Apple with peanut butter
1/4 cup peanuts
Butternut squash soup with ham and cannellini beans (Yum!)
