Tuesday, November 29th

So I have been exercising and eating mostly right, even if I haven't been writing it down.

Writing it down is the best thing for the eating right bit.

Exercise

Still must be done first thing in the morning.
I'm doing the following:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
Hip Hop Dance Party
Walk Daisy 1 mile
Jody Watley
Lee District and the elliptical
Lee District and weight machines

Tuesday, Thursday
Paula Abdul dance video ( I don't like it as well, but I need variety)
Walk Daisy 1 mile
Lee District and the elliptical

Using the hula hoop while I read is an option I like, but I don't seem to do it much.

Eating right is a challenge, especially at night. I need to eat more vegetables at night.

Traveling is a real issue. The place we stayed over Thanksgiving didn't have an exercise room, although we did the Cliff Walk three days. Eating at restaurants still a challenge.
