No exercise. Sunday is a rest day. The body needs a day to recover.

Two poached eggs on ww toast
Apple with PB
Thai Chicken Soup with Brown Rice
2 Carrots
Hummus with carrots, Sugar Snap peas, red pepper slices
Lasagna
Salad
Wine
