Exercise:
Jenny on Wii - 15 mins

Food:
2 Egg Omelet with Ham and Cheese made with butter (Cholesterol? What cholesterol?)
Toast, Dry
Coffee (New coffee - Community Kona and that is one delicious coffee)
Left over chicken in Tortillas (2)
Strawberries
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup pistachios
Chips and salsa
Shrimp taco
Jicama
Kalua with milk

Thoughts:
I was sucked into doing other things. If I don't exercise first thing, I don't exercise. And there were no vegetables at lunch. Sigh.
