Exercise:
 Hip Hop Dance Party - 45 mins
 jog - 1 mile
 Walk Daisy -1 mile
 Jody Watley - 45 mins in all
Food:
 Apple with PB
 Left over chinese veggies, shrimp, brown rice
 Carrots, two
 2 slices ww bread with butter and honey
 hot cocoa
 ww bread with butter
 Bonnie Bell cheese with ww bread
 Repeat above
 1/4 cup peanuts
 1/4 cup pistachios
Argh!  When I'm hungry for more breakfast, I need to eat more breakfast and not try to put it off and then just eat and eat.  Note that none of the above was particularly bad, but my eating was out of control.  Also my head was fuzzy all day and I didn't accomplish anything I planned to accomplish (aside from exercising). I probably should have taken a nap after exercising.
